Follow these steps and guidelines for School of Medical Education (SME) admissions.

സ്കൂൾ ഓഫ് മെഡിക്കൽ എജ്യുക്കേഷൻ (SME) പ്രവേശനത്തിനുള്ള ഘട്ടങ്ങളും പ്രധാന വിവരങ്ങളും താഴെ നൽകുന്നു.

Step 4: Call for Counselling ഘട്ടം 4: കൗൺസിലിംഗ് അറിയിപ്പ്

Counselling memo will be issued via email and published on the official admission portal.

കൗൺസിലിംഗ് മെമ്മോ ഇമെയിൽ വഴിയും അഡ്മിഷൻ വെബ്സൈറ്റ് വഴിയും ലഭ്യമാക്കുന്നതാണ്.

N.B.: Receiving a counselling memo does not guarantee a seat. Candidates must attend counselling on time, and seats will be allotted strictly based on rank and availability. ശ്രദ്ധിക്കുക (N.B.): കൗൺസിലിംഗ് മെമ്മോ ലഭിച്ചു എന്നത് കോളേജിൽ സീറ്റ് ഉറപ്പാണ് എന്ന് അർത്ഥമാക്കുന്നില്ല. കൃത്യസമയത്ത് കൗൺസിലിംഗിൽ പങ്കെടുക്കേണ്ടതാണ്. റാങ്ക് മുൻഗണനയും സീറ്റുകളുടെ ലഭ്യതയും അനുസരിച്ച് മാത്രമേ പ്രവേശനം ലഭിക്കുകയുള്ളൂ.

Step 5: Document Verification ഘട്ടം 5: സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് പരിശോധന

എസ്.എം.ഇ. ഗാന്ധിനഗറിലെ അഡ്മിഷൻ സെല്ലിൽ അസൽ സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റുകൾ നേരിട്ട് ഹാജരാക്കി പരിശോധിക്കേണ്ടതാണ്.

Step 6: Fee Payment ഘട്ടം 6: ഫീസ് അടയ്ക്കൽ

Complete the required admission fee payment directly at the time of admission. (Prospectus)

അഡ്മിഷൻ സമയത്ത് തന്നെ നിർദ്ദിഷ്ട ഫീസ് അടയ്ക്കേണ്ടതാണ്. (പ്രോസ്പെക്ടസ്)

Single Application Policy

ഒറ്റ അപേക്ഷാ നയം

SME is considered a single unit. A single UG application covers all course preferences. You are only required to attend counselling for your preferred course. Being absent for one course's counselling session will not cause rejection from your other chosen courses.

SME നെ ഒറ്റ യൂണീറ്റായാണ് പരിഗണിക്കുന്നത്. അതിനാൽ ഒരു ഡിഗ്രി അപേക്ഷ മറ്റ് അനുയോജ്യമായ കോഴ്സുകൾക്കും പരിഗണിക്കും. നിങ്ങൾക്ക് താല്പര്യമുള്ള കോഴ്സിന്റെ കൗൺസിലിംഗിൽ മാത്രം പങ്കെടുത്താൽ മതി്. ഒരു കോഴ്സിന്റെ കൗൺസിലിംഗിൽ പങ്കെടുത്തില്ല എന്ന കാരണത്താൽ മറ്റ് കോഴ്സുകളിലേക്കുള്ള അപേക്ഷ നിരസിക്കപ്പെടുകയില്ല.

Community Reservation

കമ്മ്യൂണിറ്റി സംവരണം

Requires Income, Caste, and Non-Creamy Layer Certificates (NCRC). If these are not submitted, you will be rejected from the claim based on Community and converted to the General Merit list.

വരുമാന സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ്, ജാതി സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ്, നോൺ-ക്രീമിലെയർ സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് (NCRC) എന്നിവ ആവശ്യമാണ്. ഇത് ഹാജരാക്കാൻ സാധിച്ചില്ലെങ്കിൽ കമ്മ്യൂണിറ്റി സംവരണ അഡ്മിഷൻ നിരസിക്കപ്പെടുകയും ജനറൽ മെറിറ്റിലേക്ക് മാറ്റപ്പെടുന്നതാണ്.

You must provide an official Nativity Certificate explicitly mentioning the designated district/area. No alternative certificates are accepted.

നിർദ്ദിഷ്ട ജില്ലയിലെ നിർദിഷ്ട പ്രദേശത്ത് താമസിക്കുന്നു എന്ന് വ്യക്തമായി സാക്ഷ്യപ്പെടുത്തുന്ന നേറ്റിവിറ്റി സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് (Nativity Certificate) തന്നെ ഹാജരാക്കേണ്ടതാണ്. പകരമായി മറ്റ് സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റുകൾ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല.

Center Allotment & Automatic Transfer

സെന്റർ അലോട്ട്മെന്റും ഓട്ടോമാറ്റിക് ട്രാന്സ്ഫറും

Candidates will be admitted to the available seats in the respective centers. If a candidate is admitted under a reservation seat, and a seat subsequently becomes available in any of the other centers according to higher merit/preference, the candidate will be automatically transferred to that center.

ലഭ്യമായ സീറ്റുകളിലേക്കായിരിക്കും അപേക്ഷകരെ പ്രവേശിപ്പിക്കുന്നത്. ഒരു വിദ്യാർത്ഥി സംവരണ സീറ്റിൽ പ്രവേശനം നേടുകയും, തുടർന്ന് മറ്റ് സെന്ററുകളിൽ ഒന്നിൽ ഉയർന്ന യോഗ്യത/മുൻഗണന അനുസരിച്ച് സീറ്റ് ഒഴിവ് വരികയും ചെയ്താൽ, ആ വിദ്യാർത്ഥിയെ സ്വയം (ഓട്ടോമാറ്റിക്കായി) ആ സെന്ററിലേക്ക് മാറ്റുന്നതാണ്.
